Reli Kovarsky founded Kav Project in 1988 as a management consulting firm based on his already established consulting practice. Today Reli is focused on business development, strategic consulting and turnaround projects.
Reli was Educated at Shenkar University of Engineering and Design, where he received an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering and Management.

Esti Goldhammer
Managing Partner

Esti Joined Kav Project in 1988 after practicing in various consulting firms.

Esti is focused on Operational Improvements and Re-organizations, consulting to leading companies in diverse sectors.

She holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and an M.B.A from Tel Aviv University in Israel.

Reuven First
Partner

Reuven retired as a Brigadier General after 32 years of service in the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) during which he was awarded the "Israel Defense Award (1990)".

Prior to his retirement, he served as IDF’s Technology and Logistic Division Chief of Staff.

Reuven joined Kav Project in 2006 and is leading mega projects involving Supply Chain Management and massive infrastructure and technology integration.

He holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Ben-Gurion University and an M.B.A from Tel Aviv University.

Tamar Kovarsky
Partner

Joined the company in 1988 and is leading the IT consulting team and services. Focuses on IT strategic consulting, Software evaluation, Software and Database design and implementation, Knowledge Management systems design and implementation, Data Integration, Archiving & Storage management systems, ERP software implementation for professional services and other industries. Holds a B.A in Political Science, Tel Aviv University and graduated the IDF and Israeli Ministry of Defense IT training programs.
